SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Pleinsketcher – Sonia Rojí  ships worldwide. Buyers in Europe can usually expect to receive their painting within 7-10 business days. International shipping times vary, being 14 days business days normal.

All of our orders will be filled as quickly as posible. Carefully and responsibly wrapped, perfectly protected in my branded PLEIN SKETCHER- SONIA ROJI ARTWORKS package and cardboard box and sent on their way to you.

Shipping is FREE.

RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely event that a purchase is made accidentally, please contact us immediately,  we will refund you the full amount of your payment.

We love happy customers, so if you’re not happy for whatever reason or you have any questions, please contact us.

We will always attempt to reply within one business day.

PAYMENT

We are only able to accept PayPal at this time; I’m not set up to accept credit cards directly.

But please note that you do NOT need a PayPal account to pay via credit card. Simply select the “PayPal” button at checkout and follow the instructions.

PRODUCTS QUALITY

All my Drawings and Paintings are done with the maximum quality grade Artist´s paintings and supports.

The frame that appears in the photos is indicative, but the painting does not have to be sent necessarily with that model. If there are several models in stock I will send it to you with the one I like the most or I could send you an email so you can choose.

If you need need help choosing  I will do it with you, plese don´t hesitate to ask!.

I carefully will be doing directly the handling and shipping of paintings and products. The paintings are always more beautiful natural views than in pictures. I hope you enjoy them and for long time!.
